CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF SEPTEMBER 2015
A 24 hour notice prior to your appointment is requested for changes or cancellations to any treatment. Otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred. This will be charged on your next appointment.
Please ensure you arrive 5/10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to record your needs and details. Any late arrivals may results in having the treatment time reduced, as a coutesy to other clients whose treatments follow yours. Unfortunately reduced treatment time will still be charged the full amount.
As a client of Aphrodite Beauty you consent to giving us your personal and medical details when you visit the salon for the first time and update your details each time you visit to record the treatment you received,and any information specifically related to your treatment. This allows us to provide you with the best possible treatment and to keep your health and wellbeing in mind. Your details are saved securely on our electronic client database, used solely by Aphrodite Beauty for treatment and appointment purposes.
We also send you our monthly special offer via text or email which you confirm you are happy to receive. This offer is sent out by an online marketing automation platform (treatwell) which has our clients mobile numbers and email addresses saved. If you no longer happy for us to keep in touch and share our amazing monthly offers, please notify us at email@example.com.
We wanted to use this opportunity to assure you we take your privacy and the protection of your personal data seriously and do not share your data with any other 3rd parties.
If you are no longer a client and wish for us to remove you from our client database, please notify me at your soonest opportunity.
All clients will need to remain on our database for appointment and treatment purposes.
